9th International Young Pop Performers Contest "New Wave 2010" opened in Jürmala.

Rock band "Litesound" will represent Belarus at the forum. Belarusian viewers will be able to watch the entertainment show till August 2, day of the competition closing. The First Channel will show TV version of "New wave" opening ceremony at 22:00 today. Moreover, Belarusians will also see behind the scenes. Daily diaries will be shown before evening broadcast.
