Тhe representative of Belarus at Eurovision 2014 TEO (Yuri Vashchuk), assistant to the Head of the Belarusian Eurovision delegation Olga Salamakha and Belteleradiocompany's TV News Agency crew will take part in Amsterdam's Eurovision in Concert featuring almost all the participants of the upcoming show. Our delegation is leaving for the capital of the Netherlands on April 4.
The Amsterdam party is considered to be the largest promotional event prior to the contest itself. Official Eurovision 2014 representatives from different countries will be able to make acquaintances, perform their songs and communicate with international journalists who are actively covering the song contest.
Right after returning from Amsterdam, TEO's creative team is going to work on stage routine. For this purpose, Belteleradiocompany has invited director Tine Matulessi (Sweden) and vocal coach Alex Panayi (Cyprus), who will arrive in Minsk on April 7.
Within a week, the world-class specialists will be preparing stage choreography, scenic design as well as a camera report of the stage routine for the contest in Denmark to be submitted to EBU producers. Vocal training will include breathing, pronunciation work, technical rehearsals, etc.
The Eurovision song contest 2014 will be held in Copenhagen from 6 to 10 May under the motto "Join Us". In total, the contest will feature 37 countries.
The representative of Belarus, singer TEO (Yuri Vashchuk), is number 10 seed to perform his song "Cheesecake" in the second semi-final on May 8.
The two semi-finals and the finals will traditionally be aired on Belarus 1 and Belarus 24 TV channels.
