Belarus celebrates 125 years since birth of Kandrat Krapiva

People's writer, academician, laureate of two Stalin Prizes and the USSR State Prize, participant in four wars and editor of a front-line newspaper, fabulist, satirist, and playwright. In honor of the anniversary date, dozens of events were dedicated to the classics of Belarusian literature this week, both in Minsk and in his native land Uzda District.
