Numerous congratulations on Independence Day have been sent to the Belarusian people and the President.

Good wishes sound in the congratulatory telegrams of the leaders of Uzbekistan and Serbia, Qatar and Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and Kyrgyzstan, North Korea and Thailand, India, Morocco, Algeria, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Nicaragua, Malawi, Pakistan - the list is huge.

Sincere congratulations to Belarusians have been sent by the President of the People's Republic of China. Warm congratulations have been sent by the heads of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey.

Today warm words to Belarusians and the head of state from friends and partners come from all over the globe. Traditionally, the first telegram comes from the President of Russia. Vladimir Putin noted: exactly 80 years have passed since the Red Army, in whose ranks our fathers and grandfathers fought shoulder to shoulder, liberated Minsk from the Nazi invaders.
