Belarus is ready to contribute to the strengthening of the global majority by actively participating in unifying international structures. Alexander Lukashenko said this in his speech at the III summit "Voice of the Global South" the day before. The event was held in the format of a videoconference.

It was organized by India. The Prime Minister of the country invited the Belarusian leader. The position of Belarus is shared in this part of the world. The world is changing, it's not only the collective West, which is causing serious damage to the entire planet with its unleashed military conflicts, that should make decisions. Among the summit participants there are India, Bangladesh, Oman, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, Bhutan, Chile, Fiji, El Salvador (this is an incomplete list). About 2 billion people in population. The Voice of the Global South includes the countries in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands. Last year's summit agenda was related to reforms in the UN. There was also a thesis that the United Nations has ceased to effectively solve modern problems.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus: "We are united by common goals and approaches to solving world problems. These are building a multipolar world, creating a system of indivisible security, ensuring sustainable development, strengthening equal cooperation. And the most important thing is to improve the living standards of our peoples. The era of Western domination is a thing of the past."
