A police officer shot and killed a 13-year-old boy with a toy gun in the US. In the city of Utica, law enforcement officers stopped two teenagers on the street as part of a robbery investigation. One of them tried to run away and the boy was tackled to the ground. During the struggle, the police officer saw something that looked like a gun on him, so he simply punched the child and shot him at point-blank range.
The wounded teen was soon taken to the hospital where he died. As it turned out, the gun was a toy gun. But most likely, nothing is going to happen to the policeman for such a murder.
