The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after a massive attack by Ukrainian drones. According to the Ministry of Defense, the air defense systems shot down 144 drones overnight over nine Russian regions, including over the Moscow Region. In Ramenskoye, after a strike on a multi-storey building, a woman died, several more were injured and taken to the hospital.
