Yuri Tavrovsky: Biden sincerely hates China

According to Yuri Tavrovsky, Orientalist and head of the Expert Council of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace and Development Committee (Russia), when Biden said that America was ready for military involvement in the defense of Taiwan, he told what he really thinks. These are his political instincts, which differ from the official state line. He genuinely hates China, genuinely wants to weaken China. 

"Both the White House and the State Department and the Pentagon, the whole American elite are sharply anti-Chinese. But they are not going to engage in any military confrontation with China just as they do not intend to enter into a conflict with Russia in Ukraine. The Americans understand that a conflict with a nuclear power is a disaster for them. I think America and China will balance on the brink of war for a very long time, but there will be no real war. The Americans will not fight for Taiwan, they will not let a single soldier onto the burning ground," said Tavrovsky.
