Today, Belarus has formed a sufficient arsenal of legal tools to create high-quality laws. The basics of legal policy, planning, preparation and adoption of bills were discussed by the deputies at a special seminar in the Oval Hall. In terms of the development of national legislation, our country is an innovator in many areas. For example, in the development of digital economy, countering the rehabilitation of Nazism, formalizing the fact of genocide of the Belarusian people. According to the vice-speaker of the House of Representatives, Vadim Ipatov, the goal is to ensure the viability of the adopted laws. They should be an effective tool to address the pressing problems of citizens.
Vadim Ipatov, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus:
“It is planned to hold a number of seminars that will enrich the knowledge of our deputies of the House of Representatives in the sphere of rule-making, in the sphere of international parliamentarism, on issues of social, labor relations, so that the deputies can adopt laws that come from life and deeply understand the processes that take place in society.”
In general, the Parliament has already adopted more than 2,700 laws. They regulate various spheres of life of the country and society - from the economy and social sphere to defense and law enforcement.
