Alexander Lukashenko answers journalists' questions

After the official festive September 1 program, the journalists did not hesitate to discuss the current information agenda with the President. The impact of the global network on modern society, the nuances of a multi-vector policy, the response to sanctions from the Baltic countries.

As for the ban on entry to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia for a number of officials of our country, Russia has already condemned the actions of our western neighbors.

Journalists also inquired about the fact that on the eve of the Metropolitan of Minsk-Mogilev Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz could not enter Belarus. The President shared information that the  special services had not previously made public.

Russian colleagues also took the opportunity to ask their questions about  former officials, and current members of the so-called Coordination Headquarters of the opposition. Alexander Lukashenko noted that in any society there are enough such people.

While speaking about bilateral relations, Alexander Lukashenko reminded about close cooperation and production ties. Part of our economy is associated with the supply of raw materials and components from Russia, thereby giving orders and work for Russian enterprises. In general, the President announced that together with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin they will soon return to a conversation about the integration processes of the Union State.
