Iranian Foreign Minister Hosein Amir Abdollahian said during a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan that the country has no plans to conduct new operations against Israel, in case Iran has no need to respond to the new aggression, BELTA reports, citing a source.

Amir Abdollahian noted that the operation against Israel has already been completed and Iran has no plans to launch a new one if the country is not attacked, otherwise a stronger response will be given.

The Turkish counterpart, in turn, said that the authorities do not want further escalation of the situation in the region after Iran's actions against Israel and want to eliminate the factors that increase tension.

It also became known about the telephone conversation between Fidan and British Foreign Minister David Cameron. Both ministers reiterated the need to prevent further tension in the region.
