Members of humanitarian agency killed in Israeli strike on Gaza Strip

7 employees of a humanitarian organization were killed during the Israeli drone attack in the Gaza Strip The victims of the strike were citizens of Poland, UK and Australia, also a holder of dual citizenship of the United States and Canada and a Palestinian driver.

They were traveling in the Gaza Strip in two armored cars with the logo of the charity organization. Despite coordination with the IDF, the convoy was fired upon in the town of Deir al-Balah after unloading 100 tons of food aid. The organization where the victims worked has suspended its activities.

The UK Foreign Office demanded an official explanation. The Israeli Defense Ministry said it would conduct a thorough investigation and also expressed condolences to the families of the victims.

The Polish Foreign Ministry convened an urgent meeting because of the death of its citizen.
