A new page has been written in the annals of state building. This was stated by President of Belarus, Chairman of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly Alexander Lukashenko on April 25, summarizing the results of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly session, BelTA informs.
The head of state noted that all the issues included in the agenda of the meeting had been considered.
"Let's consider that we haven't reached the peak of our work yet. I promise that we will reach it. The work of the first session of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly formed in the new constitutional status has come to an end. A new page has been written in the annals of state building," Alexander Lukashenko said.
The President emphasized that one can see great things at a distance, the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is only at the beginning of a great journey.
"We, the people of Belarus, proceeding from the responsibility for the present and future of the country, wishing to ensure peace and harmony, well-being of our citizens, inviolability of the people's power, independence and prosperity of our Belarus, have adopted strategic planning documents: the National Security Concept and the Military Doctrine of our state. These documents contain our aspirations and hopes," Alexander Lukashenko said.
Thus, the legal foundation of legal security of Belarus was laid during the meeting. "This is a pledge to fulfill the wishes of millions of Belarusians. I am confident that the decisions taken will serve as a solid foundation for the preservation of the Belarusian people.
